My photographic roots go back to the snow, skate, and surf scene. Growing up on the east coast we werent' privy to the best waves, the best snow, or the best places to skate. At an early age I moved from VA Beach to Killington, VT with only my subaru, a bag of clothes, and a camera. I instantly clicked with the handfull of local riders and for the next four years documented them and the sport for several magazines including Eastern Edge, Transworld, and Snowboarder. These guys were the pioneers of style and grit and pushed the envelope for a generation of riders. This gallery is for them.
